تعهد و اشتیاق سامی به حوزه املاک و مستغلات از علاقه او به مردم و نگاه دقیقش به بازار املاک سرچشمه می‌گیرد. او تلاش می‌کند این اشتیاق و تعهد را با مشتریان خود به اشتراک بگذارد و در عین حال خدماتی استثنایی را به کارآمدترین و مثبت‌ترین شکل ممکن ارائه دهد. سامی که توسط یک مادر مجرد بزرگ شده است، پشتکار و تعهدی قوی را در انگیزه‌ها و اصول اخلاقی شخصی و حرفه‌ای خود به همراه دارد. از سنین پایین، او به دنیای املاک علاقه‌مند بوده و در جوانی با انواع مختلفی از مشتریان کار کرده است. در نهایت، با دنبال کردن رؤیای خود، تصمیم گرفت دو علاقه اصلی‌اش یعنی مردم و املاک را با هم پیوند دهد.

او طی ۱۱ سال گذشته در حوزه سرمایه‌گذاری ملکی و مدیریت پروژه فعالیت داشته و اکنون تمرکز اصلی خود را بر املاک و مستغلات قرار داده است؛ زیرا این حوزه به او امکان می‌دهد علاقه‌اش به کار با مردم و بازار املاک را هم‌زمان دنبال کند. آشنایی او با فرایند حساس سرمایه‌گذاری در املاک باعث شده است که سامی هر پروژه و هر مشتری را به شکلی حرفه‌ای و متمایز، متناسب با نیازهای خاص همان پروژه، مدیریت کند.

Having been raised by a single mother, he brings persistence and dedication to his personal and professional drive and ethics. From a young age, Sammy has been fascinated by real estate, and as a young man, has worked with various types of clientele. Naturally, following his dream, he decided to marry his two passions – people and real estate.

He has been involved in property investment and project management for 11 years and has now made real estate his primary focus, as it allows him to pursue his interests in people and real estate at once. His knowledge of the delicate process of property investment means Sammy approaches each project with each client in a professional and distinctive manner suited to its particular demands.
