Having worked in the sales department for the largest civil engineering company in West Asia, I quickly developed a keen understanding of the art of negotiation while learning the technical aspects of the highly intricate building process.

With a passion for and understanding of human connection, I was drawn to the practice and teaching of yoga. The gift of teaching yoga remains a part of my work-life balance today.
