من صوفیا کشاورز، مدیر مسئول، رئیس و بنیان‌گذار کارگزاری املاک Homes With Sophia Realty Inc. هستم. همچنین دارای مدرک تخصصی معتبر املاک بین‌المللی CIPS و پیشینه تحصیلی در مهندسی برق هستم.

بیش از دو دهه در زمینه سرمایه‌گذاری املاک، خریدوفروش خانه و آپارتمان‌های کاندومینیومی در تورنتو و فروش واحدهای پیش‌ساخت تجربه دارم.

هسته اصلی کسب‌وکار من بر مشتریان وفادار و معرفی مشتریان جدید از سوی آن‌ها استوار است. ارتباط با مردم برایم اهمیت زیادی دارد و معتقدم موفقیت باید با احترام و انسانیت همراه باشد.

I am Sophia Keshavarz, the Broker of Record, President, and Founder of Homes With Sophia Realty Inc., Brokerage. A Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) with a background in electrical engineering.

I have two decades of experience in real estate investment, selling and buying homes and condos in Toronto and pre-construction condominium sales.

The core of my business relies upon repeat clients and referrals. I am people-oriented and believe in Success with respect and humanity.

I live a lifestyle of honesty, integrity, and high ethical standards, and I believe the best way to gain trust is to demonstrate ethics and integrity in business practices.

I’m very people-oriented and believe in success with respect and humanity. The core of my business relies upon repeat clients and referrals. My marketing strategies capitalize on my understanding of how to make each house stand out from the competition. Every house is unique and needs special attention. Information materials must be innovatively developed to best suit the flavor of each house. I believe that a good presentation of the property by highlighting its’ features is the best foundation for fast and valued selling.

I can best assist buyers by recognizing their needs and demands while understanding the importance of investment. Also, as a family-oriented person, I can relate to the needs of families.
